All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Bellingham WA.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

After completing your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. This email includes your order number, summary of items purchased, and payment details. If you haven’t received it within 10–15 minutes, please check your junk mail folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping address changes can only be made before your order has been processed or dispatched. If you need to update your address, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery details.
