Standard - $12 flat rate. Allow 5-8 days from dispatch.
Express - $18 flat rate.
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.

International orders ship worldwide - rates are shown at checkout.

Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You'll get tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't suit. You have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return - change of mind included.

To start a return, email riquitas@aapt.net.au or call 0423 375 500. Please get in touch first - items sent back without requesting a return can't be accepted.

Items must be unworn and unused, with tags on and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days on top of that to post it.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. Or get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement for you.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, and we'll make it right.
